I'd like to think William Wordsworth took in such a sight in his lifetime. The flowers stretched for what seemed like miles, and their color and massive presence was just breathtaking.
We couldn't resist respectfully venturing into one field. It was so calming this sea of yellow all around us, and the gentle breeze that swayed the blooms gave way to this golden ebb and flow that I will never forget.
Golden fields + vibrant blue skies = pure joy!

After our playdate with the daffodils we were off to see the Tulips..........
I'll be back tomorrow with more Tulips, they really do deserve their own post.
